To secure your tour booking, we kindly request a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total tour value. Alternatively, you have the option to make a full payment in advance. For seamless arrangements and to ensure the availability of our best guides, we recommend making the deposit at least 36 hours before your departure.
Payment Options:
The remaining balance, after deducting the deposit, can be settled directly with your guide in cash (USD, Euro, VND) or conveniently transferred through the integrated payment system on our website.
Tour Cancellation Terms:
We understand that plans may change, and we offer flexible tour cancellation options:
Free Cancellation: You may cancel your tour with no charges if done before 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
50% Deposit Retained: For cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours before the tour, a 50% deposit will be retained.
No Refund of Deposit: If you cancel your tour within 24 hours of the scheduled departure, the deposit will not be refunded.
